I also offer 1:1 meditation coaching, which can be 15 minutes at the end of a massage or a stand-alone 30/60 minute session, incorporating mindfulness, visualisation and/or yoga nidra techniques to train the mind to detach from our thoughts and focus on our senses.
This frees us from the burden of overthinking- from dwelling on the past and worrying about the future, and grounds us firmly in the present, at home in our body.
