My passion is working with people and helping my clients to create change in a safe, supportive and compassionate space. As a Wellbeing and Life Coach, I work with my clients through the various challenges presented by Stress & Anxiety, Self-Confidence & Self-Esteem, Menopause, IBS & Chronic Pain. As a coach, I also help clients find direction, insight, clarity and purpose in areas of their lives that they wish to transform.
Having trained both in hypnotherapy and mindfulness facilitation, I incorporate tools and strategies drawn from a range of modalities to empower my clients to activate their sense of agency and ability to transform their situation, their mindset and their wellbeing .
As a practitioner and life-long learner, I am particularly drawn to the growing body of research into the mind body connection and the healing powers of kindness, compassion and altruism and the amazing benefits that the application of these practices, both to the self and to others, can bring. Through my work, I am committed to helping others access these benefits through creating awareness and gaining understanding of their own potential to create change.
The issues that I work with can be difficult, overwhelming and often isolating. I don’t believe that anyone should struggle with these alone. My aim with my work is to partner my clients as they experience change whilst giving them simple and practical tools and practices that can create huge differences in the way they think and feel.
